Beautiful surroundings. Very friendly owners. The rooms very spacious and comfortable. We booked the 3 bedroom villa. Food was very good.
The best part is the trek via the plantation to the top of the hill.

Had a wonderful experience at Black Hill Homestay, Chikkamagalur. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery with serene views that instantly make you feel relaxed. The property is well maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a nature getaway.
The food was delicious, homely, and freshly prepared — truly one of the highlights of the stay. What made the experience even more special was the warm hospitality. The homestay is managed and run by Vishwas, a young and passionate host who ensures guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, scenic stay with great food and heartfelt hospitality.
And the Simba (friendly pet) not a single disturbance to anyone, any pet lovers Would to spend some time with him.

We visited this place with a group of 20 colleagues, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The stay was very comfortable, the food was delicious, and everything was well managed.
A special mention to the host, Vishwas, who was extremely friendly, reliable, and accommodating throughout our stay—he truly made us feel at home. And of course, Simba, their lovely dog, added a special charm to the experience 😊

We had a wonderful stay at black hill homestay. Vishwas the host has been wonderful. Our kids enjoyed the open space this homestay offered. Perfect place to unwind yourself and get a relaxed stay.
Overall recommend this place if you are a family or a group. We took the 2 rooms at the first floor perfect for 2 families.
